Description

Otto is on parole from being a villain and has to serve one long-ass story as a supporting protagonist as his sentence. A fate worse than death for the likes of him.

"The upholding of Aar's sacred tenants is a paramount practice in the holy land of eponymous Aar'syr. To fail in this burden unknowingly is one thing, but to actively transgress is another. Those who break the Divine Edict set forth by Aar'syr's founders are labeled heretical blasphemers and are hurled from the top the nation-city's mighty Skywall to certain death miles below. Such is life in Aar'syr that even the family of a transgressor is called into judgement, often resulting in more cascading executions. The children and elderly, however, are 'mercifully' exiled into the wastelands and are branded with the Penance Ring across their necks, preventing return to the holy land. For these exiled scions of Humanity, death is almost certain in the barren wastes and more so in war-torn Siranne beyond.

Still, more than a few survive the wilderness and make a home for themselves in the chaotic nation the wastes neighbor. Some exiles even manage to garner enough clout in some way, shape, or form to travel into Ballan. Here most live out their remaining days in peace, forgetting whatever hardships or awful deeds they had to commit to rise in Siranne. For Otto Rasmund however, old habits die hard..."

Sick tats bruh. Here's Otto! He's one of six primary characters in Psalm of Viridian, so his revised design definitely warranted a mini-ref for my archives. Up next is Lola Havocsong, who you guys haven't met yet, but much like Heath I think they'll come across well enough.
